Hello, for any readers out there, I am excited to announce that I have started a new legal blog about estate planning and probate in Minnesota.
I am a lawyer practicing estate planning and probate lawyer in Minnesota. I enjoy the work and I am excited about creating helpful posts for people who may be in need for some good, solid estate planning information.
So, if you are in need of a probate & estate planning attorney in Minnesota, don’t hesitate to post a comment on this blog or give me a buzz. I offer free consultations because (1) I think it’s fair and (2) I want people to feel like they can call.
Stay tuned for more exciting news, ideas, and legal information related to Minnesota estate planning and probate.
Sixty-two years following my Great Uncle Art Hadley’s death, monumental mayhem erupted over his two trusts — one clearly worded, the other not. In a 6-year legal roller coaster ride through the Rhode Island court system, my brother, 11 cousins and I received part of a settlement.
The story resulted in one book, “The Inventor’s Fortune Up For Grabs” by Suzanne G. Beyer and Attorney John S. Pfarr, and a feature on Investigation Discovery “The Will” called The Art Hadley Estate story.
You might be interested in posting our story on your blog — the necessity of writing a clearly worded will or trust!
Out book can be purchased through Amazon.

Thank you.
Best,

Sounds interesting. I hope my readers get some good information from you book. I can only say that, yes, clearly worded estate planning documents are a must.
